Referral service

Brentwood Garage Floors is an independent referral website, not a contractor. We do not install garage floor coatings. When you call or send a request, we pass it to an independent local coating contractor who serves your area. Quotes, pricing, scheduling, warranties, and all work are handled directly by that contractor. Ask for the contractor's license number and verify it at cslb.ca.gov.

Cost information and its sources

Cost ranges on this site are published national figures, cited where they appear. The sources used, and the dates we read them (September 28, 2026):

These figures are national, not specific to Brentwood or the Bay Area, and they are for orientation only. Bay Area labor and material costs often run higher. The only price that applies to your garage is the written quote from the contractor who looks at it.

Every product has its own data sheet, and the installer's instructions for your floor take precedence over anything here. Nothing on this site is engineering, legal, or insurance advice.

Licensing and contracts

Our policy is to refer requests only to contractors who hold a current California contractor license. We do not verify insurance or inspect work. Ask the contractor for their license number and verify it at cslb.ca.gov before any work begins. For California's rules on when a license is required and what a home-improvement contract must contain, see the Contractors State License Board directly; we do not restate those rules here.
